Hello everyone,

I know this month has been a little light in content compared to previous ones, especially on the comics end.

I've been going quite heavy on the worldbuilding and writing down plot of the stories I'll be writing and fleshing out the main characters, and seeing how everyone connects.

With so many characters we've made over the years, the task is... not small.

My main goal is to give depth to each main character and make them feel they don't exist in a vacuum, with families, neighbors, old flings, etc.

For example here is the current map for Cassandra's family.

I've also been getting a lot done with the help of Chatgpt. With the recent introduction to Projects, its been really helpful to package all ideas and brainstorming sessions in a more manageable form.

The way I use it is, whenever I have ideas for the characters or the overall story, I discuss it with my project. I don't have the best memory in the world, and usually forget things I've already establish in one publication and unintentionally contradict it in another. Having all this information dumped into these chats and then presenting new ideas and asking the chatbot to find contradictions or inconsistencies with previous lore helps me a lot in having everything consistent.

I understand this might not mean much to most people, caring mostly about the published content, and I get it. I'll be doing more Makayla very soon and once I finish with the prelude, we'll also have pages of Cassandra's comic concurrently with Makayla.
