🔙 This mod makes Played Sims' skills gradually decay in certain skill levels, giving Sims a purpose to work on their skills.

This won't affect Unplayed households and NPC Sims so your townies can keep their skills. I also disallow Servo from skill decay.

You need to have an XML injector for this mod to work!
EA's game skills are divided into HighLevel_Adult/LowLevel_Adult/Child/Toddler skills. You CAN choose to install what serves your gameplay style.
With !chingyu_addon_SkillGivesReward + addon_SkillDecayDelay, it also adds an extra feature of giving your Sim satisfaction points x50 and Influence Points x5 (if Eco Lifestyle is installed) when they gain a skill level.

** Base-Game Compatible.

** Remove any packs you don't own in chingyu_addon_SkillDecayDelay!!!

Re-updated addon_SkillGivesReward to disable giving rewards to NPCs. This should be fixing the root cause of Apply Satisfaction Points Delta LE
Remember to remove any packages tagged with a pack you don't own in the addon folder!

My More / Less Skill Boost from Moods to enlarge/lower the effects of emotions on skills.
My Higher CAS Story Skills make the CAS story gives levels 3 and 5 skills, instead of the original levels 2 and 3.
My Max Skill With Reward Store is an additional way to spend your Sims' excess Satisfaction Points.

You CAN pick and mix and match what serves your gameplay style.
You CAN use this together with any other mods.
Extract the downloaded zip and Put all the packages and scripts together ONLY ONE folder deep or DIRECTLY in your Mod folder!!! Do not put them too deep or they won't work!!!
All Addons are optional to use.
Remove any addon_SkillDecayDelay tagged with a pack you don't own!!! Otherwise, you will get UILE and a blank page on the skills panel!!!
