An old trick I'd use from camping is to keep your clothes for the next day under the covers by like the foot of your bed. I tend to keep the shirt and such at the most accessible part of the pile. Mostly bc I know that I need to sit up and lose the blanket covering my torso, but can keep everything else warm until that is done.
