I'm not sure exactly how this is going to turn out but it looks like it'll involve sushi in some way or form.

If you are still open for suggestions here would be mine: You can feed her things from body parts, like you feet as punishment or your dick as a reward. So you could have some tears in both directions. Punishment 1: dip a foot into old milk and let her lick it off Punishment 2: let old milk run down your back and she has to catch as much as she can by licking the anus Reward 1: dip a finger in honey and let her lick it off Reward 2: dip penis in honey and let her lick it off Other stages could be added of course :-)
