Maximum Deadlifter (Extra Strength Version)

This field is designed to maximize your deadlifts. First by automating a deadlift workout. Whatever your maximum lift capability is now it will automate a deadlift workout using that number. So if you can lift 200 now it will automate a 200 pound deadlift workout. If you can only do 100 it will automate that. If you push to a higher number it will also. Thus it will grow as you do. It will push you to true maximum and just a bit beyond. So If you think you can only do 100 but you can actually do 120 It will work at 120.   

Next it will maximize your deadlifting capabilities. Your grip strength and every muscle component of the deadlift to maximize your deadlift capabilities.  It’s experimental and if it works yes there will be others. The reason for its highly focused intent is to be able to properly test it. So if you find yourself deadlifting quite a bit more and quickly please let me know. I’m hoping to double my deadlifting capabilities month after month and yours as well.   It will create an automated type workout effect even if you don’t work out but it designed to maximize deadlifts for people who do actually deadlift primarily.  It will also work to maximize the fascia, a nervous systems to the end of maximizing overall strength   

Couple of times should be good, you can experiment with more but be conscious that it is on because a full overnight loop might make you pretty sore. If you do overuse just take a week or two off to let your body recover and then come back and scale down the usage.
