What is Starmaker Story?
Starmaker Story is an immersive Visual Novel in which you help, Anna, to become famous on Starmaker: A fictional platform for models. The game focuses on comfy vibes, immersive gameplay and branching stories.
How much Content is there and is the game finished?
Yes, the game is finished. We might need to release a patch to fix some bugs later on, but the game is completed. There's around 5 to 10 hours of gameplay, eleven different endings and lots of fun character interactions.
Why release this instead of working on Roundscape Eclipse?
I realized the beginning of July that I wouldn't be able to finish the patch for RS2 this month.
It is very important for me to release new playable content at least every two months, so I decided to finish this project.
I need another month or two for Roundscape Eclipse, especially because of the addition of the female player character. I hope you understand and that Starmaker will be a fun distraction until then.

Can't seem to trigger special training. Is there any other requirement? I have it in the quest log but it doesn't happen when going to the gym

Another thing i noticed is that Adrian keeps calling ME Adrian, might be a mix-up with the Name-Variable there Also the Help-Window thingy says the Game saves when you go to sleep, but thats apparently wrong, it actually saves after you do your Morning Activity. ...and then on Day 3 the game brutally confirmed that i am playing a Guy (up to this point it was totally ambiguous) and i immidiately lost all interest. Please make it clear if your game is male-protag only.

The bug was caused by clicking during the intro text after entering the player name etc. If you just wait out the black screen with white text, it will work fine in case you don't want to redownload it.

2024-07-25 02:07:37 +0000 UTCwhen i start the game, it both starts the intro-scene, but somehow also immidiately end the first Period of the day (i am assuming), gives you a printout of nothing and asks you what to do until the afternoon, while the intro runs in the background. If you click on any of the three choices it immidiately skips the intro. I ignored the choices (just let them sit there) and played through the intro until it said i should go to bed... at which point they disappeared, leaving me with NOTHING to click, softlocking the game. Alt-F4 it is... Also the self-chosen Titles are a nice idea, but i don't think they worked very well. if you use titles like Friend and Buddy, some of the stuff reads really, really weird, and if you insert Names the first stuff reads ok, but they keep calling you a really good [Name]. So nice try, but bad execution.
