2023-09-11 19:37:13 +0000 UTCDamn I wish I could make it out to Muskegon on Friday, my dad lives there. The Silversides museum is a very nice museum. If you're flying into O'Hare make sure to check out the F4F they have on display between I think terminals D and E. It's a nice little installation.

2023-09-11 18:59:58 +0000 UTCMy experience has been that east to west jet lag is worse than the west to east variety. While stationed at Forest Lewis, every weekend I'd go sailing on the Sound. One of my regular trips was over to a marina located opposite Puget Sound Naval Shipyard. Glad to see the weather has been cooperating. Rain and overcast are the norms for all areas west of the Cascades
