I thought might it might be a good time to talk about my mission statement here seeing how I either have never done that or haven't done it in a while. When I started this Patreon it was to produce TG (and maybe TF content, though that might be a Deviant Art thing) content that I want to see. It was also motivation enough for me to actually finish a comic and I did that with Mommy Dearest.
I learned a lot from Mommy Dearest and have already begun to switch up my process and tighten the scripts and my plans. We'll see how that changes with Ronny to Connie.
Also, I have not forgotten that earlier this year I posted a poll to see what other story you guys wanted to see and I have been working on Your Mom's Friend. Though that is a secondary comic that won't have a regular release schedule. I'll be posting that when the pages are ready. It might also just be in pencil because with The Goddess I saw how much cleaner and nicer the pages looked inked. I am reluctantly doing most future projects that way. I say reluctantly because I am a traditional guy. I like paper and I miss it and I'm stubborn and old.
So I am going to do my side projects on paper.
Also, last summer I started writing an "interactive TG" story called Lavender Valley. It was like a choose your own adventure. Each week I'd write an entry and it would end with a few choices that everyone reading would make and which ever choice got the most picks that's where the story would go.
I'm a TTRPG nerd so I came up with a loose and fast percentile game system and the reader's character sheet tracked some qualities he had with some stats and how masculine and feminine he was. The more he'd begin to change the more those percentiles would shift and would affect rolls that were made to determine the outcome of the story. I thought it was very cool.
I'd like to continue that or even maybe use that general idea of interactive TG fiction in a play by post style game or something if there's any interest. I think it could be fun. Anyways, it's certainly worthy of a conversation at least!
I won't prattle on too long. Thank you again for everyone who has supported me. This is awesome. I wasn't sure that anyone was into the kind of TGs and you all have put a lot of wind in my sails.
If you have any suggestions or opinions or whatever don't hesitate to reach out. I'd love to hear em'.
