Mid January, 25' Check In

I hope everyone had a good holiday and got a chance to relax for a bit. I know I did.
I wanted to check in and tell everyone that after being stupid busy for the holidays I am back to work on Mommy Dearest and Lavender Valley. It takes a bit of time after a couple weeks off to get the rust out. For the past week and a half I've been working on Mommy Dearest daily.
I hope to have something to show by next weekend. I have been fighting with this page for a few days now. It's been rough. But I think I have a sketch now (thanks to Inn Sire for helping me over the hump) that I like and tomorrow it's literally back to the drawing board. Then next week I'm getting slammed with that polar vortex so I'll have no excuse not to draw!
But ultimately the struggle comes from me wanting it to be good. I have drawn this page 3 times now and done a bunch of sketches. I want it to tell the story and show a bit of the TG. I want to walk that tightrope and maybe I'm over thinking it but I want something that I feel is good and tells the story clearly and maybe...if I'm lucky, does something a little different than we see in a lot of TG comics.
