Progress on the development of Malevolent Planet - 8th September 2020

I've been working on the blackmailer event, for which I wrote 6485 words today (and I believe they're good words, not filler) . Around 80% of it I'd say is finished ahead of schedule. Lately I've made it a personal priority to get more exercise during the day and it feels like that this new habit is making itself known already. Ideas and words come easier to me and I seem to have an easier time checking off what I planned for v0.1.2 before I even got to working on planning its goalposts.

Suffice to say, if you enjoyed the shower event you'll enjoy the blackmailer event a great deal more. Speaking of which, after I'm done writing the choices and their results of the longer NSFW scene at the blackmailer event's end (if you get there which is pretty easy), I'll focus on adding more events to serve as continuations of the shower scene. 

They'll be mini events in the sense that it takes you little time to get to the actual content (since this time, your character is a little bit more wary when it comes to the shower schedules of her crew), so if she goes there and she sees that there is someone inside, or if she knows someone will come around this time to take a shower, then if she still decides to head in it's pretty obvious as to what she expects to find inside.

Of course, there'll be strategic choices for your character to make her exit at many points in time, but there will be more emphasis on giving you deeper choices that allow you to control the flow of the NSFW scene. There is no mechanic to automatize this yet, so it'll be entirely written scenes for which I'm spending a great deal researching popular written erotic scenes to get the best idea of what's 🔥 and what's not so 🔥. There is a pretty diverse range of available material out there so I'll have an easy time pursuing different fetishes and sequences that can likely happen in a co-ed shower room.

Subtle brag below (my progress for today). What remains of the blackmailer event is giving plenty of dynamic content to its minor-scenes mechanic and to write a fully fledged NSFW scene at its end in which you can take more choices than you could in the shower event's endings. So basically, we're close to crossing off one of the complex tasks for this month's version.

The public version is coming in less than one week, I have it planned for the morning of Sunday.
