Ask ARA - AI pt2

Ask ARA is still a thing! Just took a while to get back to, but where we left off, Warning and ARA were talking more about the Apex Frames and their roles. I kinda-sorta covered this in an older Ask ARA, but in this one I'd hoped to make some stuff clearer, like their jobs, other AI, and why these 5 are special in comparison.
Hoped to do it in a way that isn't too drab and dull...just some fun worldbuilding with robot catgirls. HD and art-only files will be in the ZIP for Feb!
