A very beautiful and artful movie. I love the parrallels we see between Divine G and Divine Eye The ending where we find out they played as themselves was really great. I remember watching the great movie trailer online and I had great anticipation to watch it. It had a small release, I went to a smaller theatre in town but I loved it. Prison often strips people of their humanity and their stimulus puts them in survival mode. I love how Sing Sing focuses on the hope side of things instead of the common negative side of things we often see in prison movies, we get to see them hold on to their humanity.
