2021-10-05 16:35:35 +0000 UTCTalking Arsenal v Brighton, did anyone catch the U23 game? Now I like Flo Balagun and think he’s got a great future but the way he plays in these games is a bit off. I mean he’s got the skills but I can’t see someone like Arteta moving him up if he keeps up the tricks and stupid penalties. Patino, Hutchison Salah etc treat these matches with respect but I think Flo feels he’s above these games. What ya reckon?

Their game wasn’t just about pressing high and winning the duels. They were technically quite good in possession from what I remember. They make playing out from the back look easy, and their interplay in the final third was great, just lacking that final ball or finish in the box (or maybe it was our good defending in the box) Anyhow just a minor gripe on an otherwise pretty bang on analysis…. and something to look out for in the rewatch 👀
