If you just signed up recently
Added 2020-02-01 21:50:22 +0000 UTCPatreon processes payments on the first day of every month. Seems easy enough. But it was brought to my attention a few months ago that if you signed up during the last few days of the month, you wind up with 2 charges very close together.
That doesn’t feel particularly fair.
So if you signed up at the end of January and would like a refund for the February charge, just send me an email with the email you used to sign up. I can cross reference it with Patreon and process a refund.
We have been doing this every month, and will continue to do so!
