2025-08-13 17:50:59 +0000 UTCRudy taking Rex's name feels so wrong to me, but I also think back to when Rudy first cloned himself and the original told him to "experience everything we never could" and I think, in a way, he can now experience everything for Rex as well. Rex didn't have a life outside of fighting bad guys, and he died right before he could finally experience what an actual life would be like. I suppose that's part of what Rudy meant when he said taking on Rex's name would keep part of him alive. (this would work if we ignore the fact that Rudy made a body with Rex's DNA... super weird to take his name after that)
