2023-07-05 03:04:27 +0000 UTCI was a little surprised by how “anime” this episode was, mostly the Ylva vs Thorfinn interactions, like the guy that withstood 100 punches from a soldier known as a bear killer would get taken out by his older sister lmao, but it’s like when Winry clobbered Ed in FMAB leaving him in a pool of blood, just visual metaphor (though Ylva does actually seem pretty tough). This was an awesome season indeed, people on Reddit are wrong lol- to be fair, just like there are many different genres of anime, the fans have their varying preferences as well- imo this show just isn’t suited for those who are mostly interested in fighting/battle scenarios, and that’s okay, not every anime is going to make everyone happy- but there’s no need to drag something down because it’s not to your taste imo
