WIP GIFs + generally talking about the miniseries!!! ( late post, sorry!! )

i completely forgot about making the update post until right now, but things are going very well!!! i've managed to set some sort of schedule that will help make things more manageable, and i have a majority of the animation storyboarded already! so it's pretty much just an animation sprint

some new responsibilities i have with the miniseries though is how i'd be doing sound effects and background music! for the second episode i'd be using a handful of instrumental tracks one of my friends made (which were actually the initial inspiration for the miniseries about a year ago that i was only just recently able to contextualize in the form of Episode 1!) but for the first episode i plan on making something myself O_O currently for time i estimate something like spending 2 months on animation for this episode and another month is spent on color, backgrounds, music, sound effects.

for some info about Episode 1 itself: it's horror! the main character is the bunny running in the second gif, so it's not gonna be following the weird arguing old guys, they're only present in the starting scene :P there's not much i can say about it now, since it's pretty "show don't tell" which is how the entire miniseries is going to be, leaving a lot up to interpretation (although there is an actual plot behind it!) Episode 1 is very different from what i'm used to making, so i'm very eager to work on it!!! each episode can stand on their own for the most part and are fairly different between one another, with Episode 2 being in more familiar territory being somewhat like "stupid horse", so if Episode 1 isn't your thing there's gonna be some variety in episodes after!

my schedule currently is to get at least 15 seconds of animation a week which has been very manageable! (and i have actual weekends this time which is probably gonna be a big help for consistently doing quality work) i still have no idea how long the first episode itself would be, i should probably make some kind of quick animatic to get a gague of that, but my current working pace translates to 1 minute done a month! i may have to adjust that though to do more animation if it turns out this first episode will be longer than expected

the second gif is a few scenes cut together, where they aren't actually going to be in that order, that's just whats finished currently! also new quick little patreon thing: i'm gonna start tagging posts on what animation they're for, that way its easier to retrospectively view the makings of any given animation!
