NPR Framerate Mixer Blender Addon

This addon enables you to mix together a character or object that is animated on 2s or 3s or any framerate with a camera that is animated on 1s.
If you try to combine a 1s camera with a 2s character you will get a jittery result as they do not mix well. This addon creates an empty that will bake in the camera offset for the hold frames. All you need to do is bake an empty then parent your characters rig to the empty.
