The girl told him that she's gonna need a few minutes to prepare for that order. The patron said he's fine with the wait while gently squeezing and poking her navel.
Navel licking is one of the more expensive item on the menu and requires some preparation before it is served. The girl serving it requires some time to clean her midriff for hygiene purposes. Next, they will apply some scented oil on her belly. The scented oil is specially made for use by the tavern girls. On top of having a nice scent, its good for the skin and drive the patrons crazy. Also, it is edible, so no risk of poisoning there!
Only after the preparations are done they're able to serve the patrons.
