You could have Neo, rival of team RWBY, licking her navel. You can make it look like Blake lost in battle against her, and is laying in defeat, tied up on the floor, receiving a navel tonguing "punishment". However, if you don't feel like adding another character, you could juse have some floating hands stimulate her navel with one of those feathery cat toys, since she's a catgirl.
