May/Arceus WIP

I do have a question for you though, involving the outlining! It's something I wanted to try out, since Omega Ruby does actually have the black outlining in the game itself, it seemed like a pretty good time to try out the look of it. There's two attachments with two other versions of the image, this is with a consistent size of the linework, B is with a relative size(though it's generally thicker) and C is without the outline entirely. Let me know which you prefer!
Hopefully this month I'll be able to get out a proper voting for an animation to do for the month, my workload has gotten a lot more manageable as of late. Animating this because it was very very much the second-place winner for the previous poll I was able to do some-odd months ago!
