2023-08-18 10:17:42 +0000 UTCAmazing reaction! It makes you sick, be proud of her bravery and attitude. Alia Bhatt gave it all she had for this. I don't doubt her ability to deliver onscreen at all. If I had to make choice, I would choose Priyanka Chopra for this because she would bring something else to this role in her own right. But having said that, I do not take away from Alia and all the praise she has received for this. The message from this story for me was simple, who are we to judge them when we do not know their story. Majority of the time, these women end up being forced into this but that doesn't mean they don't deserve basic respect. The problem is the society and not them.
