New four-way flyover (the 'stack' as I've called it) with full AI.
Texas U-turn interchanges (a pair of them).

Three new diamond interchanges.
A new I-don't-know-what-to-call-it custom interchange (sort-of like a trumpet interchange, but much more drawn out due to the terrain conditions/elevation), can't miss that thing atop the hill up from the city (just up the hill from the three-y like interchange near the spawn).
Two New jug-handle interchanges (one is re-done from a previous one).
6.x new miles of highway (about that).
DOUBLE DECKER HIGHWAY! Yes, this has been years coming, I've waited for this day...

3.2 completely re-done from scratch miles of highway above the city.

NEW deluxe police department, with prisoner drop-off area, underground staff parking, new HD textures, even it's own sign (tee-hee).
The beginnings of the airport (the runways are almost done, I think they're usable though), for civilian use, this will be the city's airport. Runways are same length as the other pair on the airstrip at the opposite side of the map. Now you'll have a place to take off AND land, and the flight-path should be fairly clear of any obstacles (and should stay that way).
The new industrial area (where the four-way flyover is, the Texas u-turn interchanges are, airport etc) is very very unfinished but the highway is perfectly serviceable and the AI will be able to use it (it won't use the two diamond interchanges for now, they don't go anywhere). The industrial area will have a sea-wall at a later date.
939mb, zip file, works in mods folder like any other. Should work on 0.15 or 0.16 game versions.

If you have lag on 0.16 game version, and you had lag on the old one, please disable *ALL* shadows as a work-around. I am currently working with the developers, as while my Radeon Rx 480 (with current, or last- fall's drivers) is affected, Nvidia cards seem to not be as much affected if at all. If you do not have lag on your current version, the update should be just fine.

DRIFTING PARADISE (until you fall down the hill/cliff, anyways, or into the ditch). There's two turns making a beautiful S-curve (part is out of the shot, to the right), perfect for taking turns while facing one way and sliding another. The Bob listens.
*The terrain wasn't done when this last shot was taken, but I assure you, it's a little better looking now. I touched it up some before the map shipped.
Now concrete median barriers (high quality!) ones are part of the resources, and come in all types of bends and grade changes. The 6-lane highway bridge model was (seamlessly) updated for better FPS, and a new solid raised 6-lane highway piece was created, also FPS optimized. New median barriers shouldn't eat cars any more than the WCA ones do, as these match 100% and where they're derived from (still spent 3 hours on the model!) - and best yet - each one is only *ONE* draw call (using many of the same, is still only one until LOD's get involved). So feel free to integrate these into your map if you need them.
