WHY AM I GETTING BLESSED WITH SO MANY WOMEN TO DRAW LATELY. They’ve been so varied as well so this has been AWESOME. I musta done a lot of good deeds.

Here are the 1s! Again, trying to fit them into one page, making for some weird overlaps here and there :-[ I don’t want to limit myself too much though, I don’t want to demotivate myself into drawing very little when I could just draw a whole body in a new page.
I also wanted to try sketching with the paper facing portrait! I’ve been doing it in landscape this whole time aside from the 20-minute poses, and I wanted to see if this is better. I might try it again next week to make sure. Sorta made for some long bodies initially and then cramming on the bottom :-[

Here are the 2s! You can fit so much more! It didn’t feel so crazy-crammed this time.

Some pretty disastrous 5s. The drawing all the way on the bottom was the first sketch I did and I totally didn’t track the time I had correctly when I was sketching it, so it’s very unfinished. I was doing measuring and everything!
The one in the middle was a total blunder, I wanted to get her arm right at the cost of.. everything else. Like haphazardly shading in a face :(

The 10s!
I like to use the 10 and 20-minute poses to really practice with faces, since with the other, shorter poses the faces always end up being empty blobs. I wanna get better at drawing people, and people have such a wide variety of shapes of noses and mouths and eyes. It’s easy to overlook that, especially when drawing in a more simplistic style, but it’s something I don’t want to be negligent about when I inevitably draw comics with humans in them. You can draw in a simple style and still not suffer from sameface hahaha

The moment she sat to make her 20-minute pose, I was like “Whoa, she could actually fit in the same page with the 10-minute poses” SO I DID THAT :-[

Back with the 2s! I’m so angry about the top-right pose. IT’S SUCH A GOOD POSE SHE MADE, but I completely undercalculated how much space she needed on the paper, so she completely cut off because of the paper. I drew her head in before really thinking about it, I woulda drawn her head much lower to allow more space :l

And here are the 20s! I really love the face in the final drawing, she was resting against her shoulder so it made her mouth pull a little and it looked so great.
I felt nice about this session!
