And yes Carter is Jay-Z's last name, his name is Shawn Carter! The litter girl that was dancing during rehearsals and singing in the clip is her oldest daughter Blue Ivy Carter. Blue Ivy performed with her for her first time(s) during her recent world tour(The Renaissance)! She also referenced her in the song that you recognized, when she said "Azul are you with me", Azul means Blue in Spanish, that's why it panned to the audience and you see Blue Ivy jumping up and down, that's what that meant!
