For the time being Marshal Tanaka is a secondary character. I wanted to use a female cop that's not on the take nor inept, just a bitchy rival. Think of V's classic feud of Diana vs Lydia. Of course, once the character is created I might cast her in any aditional story or picture sequence ;)
