One of the joys I get from crafting is watching my workspace evolve and grow. Half my projects are improving my and my wife's workspaces (crafting, art studio and woodworking shop).

2023-12-06 00:11:24 +0000 UTCHave you guys considered using something like the brick jig from Shifting Lands? You can make a brick strip so when you add the bricks, instead of one at a time, you add a whole row of about 6 inches or so at a time. Speeds up the build a lot.

2023-12-05 23:58:08 +0000 UTCIt's not chaos, it is actively used. When I work on projects everything ends up messy as I get out various tools, materials, etc. and get to work. When you are done, then you can clean up. The only way to be super clean all the time is to either spend more time cleaning than creating or to have a crap ton of money and space to buy and lay out the most expensive tools designed to keep things clean. I love the temporary chaos as I work through a project.
