These are a couple of shots taken years ago by my good friend who has also been my mentor in shooting film. I've always loved them. We had been creating art together already for years, but this was only our second shoot on film. I absolutely love the colors that he captured and the the wandering magical feeling that I get when I look back at them. I lot of my own personal work is heavy with emotion so it's nice to look back at images that I've co created that give me a sense of peace and inspiration. I hope you feel the same way when you look at them. <3 j

On a quick sidenote, I have an upcoming collab coming up with a photograph that I've admired for years. We had talked last year, but life has a way of getting in the way...or waiting for the perfect time. I'm so excited to keep you guys in the loop and share our creations. Stay tuned!
