The Perfect Run Game picked by Sony

Hello everyone, I have very big news to share,

As people following me on Patreon and Discord will know, I've been working in partnership with the Tunisian studio Lanterns Studios on developing a Perfect Run game demo, which we've presented at the Gamescom 2024 and online in an open playtest. During that period, we've become aware of Sony Interactive Entertainment's MENA Playstation Hero initiative: a publishing program where Sony would finance, publish and support a new line of games from the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

It's a pleasure and honor for me for me to announce that out of hundreds of applications, The Perfect Run game is now one of the four games which has been picked by Sony as part of its MENA Playstation Hero initiative and will launch in 2028 as a PC/Playstation 5 exclusive!

What does this mean, you ask? Well, mostly that the Perfect Run game is now in development as an AA title with the amazing support of the Sony and Playstation team! This is the start of a years-long journey for me and the Lanterns Studios team, as we currently envision the game to launch around 2028 to ensure we have the best title possible. I'll be heavily working with the team as a narrative designer to ensure the novel series is faithfully represented and that you may enjoy breaking New Rome in a countless different ways!
