Not necessarily one relation to how the parents treated him but how the show treated him in the last few seasons. Logan basically cast Connor out and only tolerates him because he won't play his game/reminded him of his failed ex wife and the show couldn't toootally get rid of Eric but they completely got rid of any semblance of logic and reason with his character.

Logan priced Ken's shares at roughly $2 billion, so I'm guessing each of the kids will get $2B if the sale goes through. What they're upset about isn't the money, it's the loss of the company. They have their whole identities completely wrapped up in it, and they're all convinced that one day they are going to take over when Logan peaces out. If Logan gets the sale through, they'll never have that opportunity, and they're pissed because they think their dad stole something from them, metaphorically.

They get you pumped up when it seems like FINALLY all three siblings are on the same page and even Roman stands up to his dad. When Logan asked Kerry "is she still on?" I immediately understood what was up and my stomach DROPPED. The funny thing is the kids' argument basically comes boils down to "we deserve it because it's our birthright." There's an interesting juxtaposition between the adults in the room like Gerri, Frank, Karl who are keeping their heads down and working to close the deal and the kids who are essentially throwing a tantrum to their daddy. I remember thinking, even at the time, that they sounded so entitled and weren't making a good case for themselves. But all the same I was so emotionally invested in their stories; I could sympathize with their anger towards Logan. Of course they would feel betrayed. I still wanted them to get the win so badly. That's the beauty of Succession. What a show, what a show.

Also, at a certain age, even the best parents want to pursue things that make them happy, especially when their children are grown and shoud ostensibly be independent. Speaking from experience here. The funny thing is, even if her motives weren't altruistic, I do think in a way she's kind of right, it would be healthier for the kids to extricated from the toxicity of that world.
