He can still use it again after with a broken arm he just now has to rebreak something. Also they already have seasons thats why they have UMA's of the seasons. The revolution UMA will make them slowly go closer to the sun as shown by the diagram it spirals into the sun eventually. So failing this set of quests means apocalypse

The very existence of these UMAs show that seasons do exist. However since their tasks are to neutralise them then the respective seasons will vanish if they are killed. The penalty is the adding of UMA Revolution.

But there's probably a limit to how much he can use them since he released unjustice and had burn flick them away.

So the reward for the neutralization of a specific season is the second sentence Apocalypse says for each quest. Also for Lupa, they can never explain the penalties because those concepts straight up don’t exist in the world until the penalty is enacted (I mean, I guess Apocalypse might be able to explain them but that’s a sketchy ass book who doesn’t care about anyone 😭) Pretty sure they have seasons because the UMAs for them exist in the first place, and it’s snowing in Fuko’s airport flashback I think. I don’t know what penalty UMA Revolution would cause otherwise as far as like…how astronomy works though lmao

For example clothes exist because uma clothes exist. If you destroy that uma that concept disappears thats why its better to capture that uma instead of trying to kill it. So seasons already exist because the uma of that season exists.

The second part "Location of XXX" is the reward for completing that quest. The subtitles didn't clarify that part as clearly as it was in the previous episodes. 2. There are seasons on the Earth already, so that's why they said "Neutralization of said season". 3. Lupa was right when he said the Earth was moving closer to the Sun and even hit the Sun at some point. The illustration showed it too but it was way too fast. 4. I'm only 90% sure about this one, but I think Billy didn't lie when he said he was blind. When Top broke his neck, they showed his eyes are gray before it changed to yellow when he recovered. I think he was using Undead ability, so he healed his eyes and he can see again.

There's enough time that could be used to clarify things that aren't obvious. I've seen too many people misunderstanding the same key parts of this episode for me to definitely say it's all their faults(and not just the stuff that's supposed to be confusing like the true nature of Billy's power). The recaps should at least be helping avoid these misunderstandings instead of repiping the very basics of what happened that anyone watching would remember lol. I always thought the manga did a great job of respecting people's intelligence and memory but maybe the anime isn't translating it well enough.

(He used undead to come back to life after top broke his neck and to heal himself). Also the quests aren't two parts, the subs you were watching didn't add the word "reward" before he said it. So for example one of the quests is to neutralize summer and for their reward they get the location of the new unchange negator.
