Any of you remember "The Willoughby". That Netflix Movies with those kids who wanted to get rid of their horrible parents? Yes, it was a nice movie, but a detail I fucking loved were these Incidental Characters: The Perfect Family.
Just used for a quick joke, and obviously influenced by the style of those horrible Rankin/Bass Movies, I just fell in love with them: first, a White Man married to a Black Woman, and also having a Big Sister and a Little Brother as children? SOLD!!!
Therefore, I wanted so badly to draw them for years, and now I finally had my chance.
I imagined them, as the Perfect Family they are, having a very lovely picnic. For the style, I wanted a lineless style with paper texture with a flat perspective. I just adore the final producT!
