2023-01-12 17:45:36 +0000 UTCMy job doesn't pay a huge amount (I mean it's good pay for what I do seeing as I'm just an apprentice, but I still live with my mum) and had to go through my finances to make sure I could keep it up consistently. I don't really like paying for stuff every month, and I'm still learning how to properly manage money as I head into adulthood. But it's really nice to know that I can help mei as well. Makes me feel better about myself.

I’ve always thought “as much as she makes it personal, she probably does just see us all as lonely degenerates who will pay for someone to comfort us” and more and more every day, it seems to be less and less true. Most creators forget that behind the “you have 276 patrons”, we’re all actual people going through shit in our own lives. We’ve all likely had financial problems, family complications, self-identity crisis’, loss, or just plain depression. Every one of us has these. And you’re one of the few creators who seems to understand and care. You even know a lot of us by personality. We’re THAT close to you and it honestly makes me proud to support you and every audio makes me smile. I don’t take as much care for myself as I should. I don’t eat enough, I have bad habits, and I’m very unstable emotionally. But knowing you’re there with me is very calming in itself, even if you’re not online much. I know that the next time I message you, you’ll be there helping me and making me feel less alone in my problems. And I love you for it. Never stop, Mei. I only meant to be on the Passionate tier for a month back in January of last year to have a custom audio and I just liked it so much that I never jumped back down! That says it all, i think.
