The crest Sasuke always wears on his back is the Uchiha Clan’s crest/Symbol and most people from different clans has different symbols but I dont think all people from different clans wear them all the time I think it’s usually worn on their back too.

I know it’s late, but Orochimaru mentions at least 10 times when he's in the village that he wants Sasuke as a vessel, he says it to Anko the third Hokage etc... Furthermore the only reason Naruto agreed to go on the 3 year training with Jiraiya is because Jiraiya told him Orochimaru would need another 3 years before being able to change bodies again

you dont need to kill your best friend to get mangekyo ...the sharingan is triggered through intense emotion the evolved sharingan aka mangekyo sharingan is triggered through even greater emotion so killing your bestfriend in sasukes case would be the quickest way to obtain it like itachi did but sasuke said he didnt want to do it the way his brother did and he will find another way

The point where Sasuke thought he killed Naruto for real was after he did that pile driver that would have if the nine tails didn't intervene. He actively chose not to kill Naruto at the end, if you watch 135 he says something along the lines of "I'll obtain power, but I'm not doing it your way (to Itachi)" And yes, Kakashi's mangekyo design is different to Itachi's! Itachi also can't do the jutsu that Kakashi used on Deidara in the previous arc- it's specific to that eye

In general, people who leave the village aka traitors or rogue ninjas may be on the assassination list of ANBU as they risk leaking the village information especially if they are former ANBU or were a higher up position and if they are from a clan that possess a kekkei genkai(bloodline limit) like the Sharingan and risk having enemies using the body or possessing the power. Sasuke is most likely not on the ANBU list under the hokage as Tsunade has placed Naruto's Team to bring him back but it may not be the case for Danzo since we see Sasuke in Sai's Bingo Book and Sai is from Danzo's Foundation ANBU.

About the sharingan, the easiest way to recognize MS from regular sharingan is that a regular has a pupil and then the three comma looking things "," around the pupil. MS is crazy looking and the commas are usually some kind of shape. You really see the difference

General sharingan knowledge that we know so far from normal naruto. it starts with a red eye, 1 black dot in the middle and 2 "commas" somewhere around this black dot, this is like level 1 (i guess 1 comma also exists) you saw sasuke use this early on like vs lee before the chunning exam. Then during his fight with naruto he unlocked the 3rd "comma" resulting in him being able to see more. (there was a special scene where they zoomed in on the eye and the 3rd comma appeared) This is the normal sharingan, red eye, black dot in the middle and 3 commas around the dot, you saw it in the flash back of sasuke where everyone in the uchiha clan had this sharingan. So when you see this one it indicates that it is nothing special, it is just a sharingan. ANYTHING that looks different from this, is a mangekyou pretty much, you will learn more about it later but this is just a good general knowledge.
