Куолли Рубан - научный руководитель экспедиционной миссии на Безликом. 123 года, формально замужем (муж давно оцифрован). Взрослый сын и мелкая дочь.
Переведена на FCL55 на замену Вонде Голубевой, сначала временно, потом на постоянку.
Оба, Дан и Куолли являются непосредственными подчиненными руководителя экспедиционной миссии (Артема) и на работе пересекаются крайне редко, т.к. руководят разными отделами.

The second character who opens new arc in 2nd chapter.
Quolly Ruban - Expedition Science Head of the expeditionary mission on the Faceless. 123 years old, formally married (husband was digitized for a long time). Has aduld son and young daughter.
Promoted to the FCL55 station from another station to replace, temporarily and later for permanently, Wonda Golubeva.
Both Dan and Quolly are subordinates of the Head of the expeditionary mission (Artyom), and meet each other pretty rarely, cause they're leading different departments.
