Hope you're all doing great! Luckily it looks like there's light at the end of the tunnel with covid ( at least in Denmark ).
I've just updated the character customization tutorial project. It includes an example of one way to let players move and scale the eyes of the character. In the animations folder you will find ABP_Face where you can change the offset vector and immediately see the eye move around.
I have also included some bug fixes, specifically concerning skin tinting which was a tad janky before.
