Back in the original 80's airing with the OG dialog, they actually did bring that up. But as far as I can remember, it was never brought up since it has been airing in the US.

I dont think this is a spoiler because they never really address it as such in the series or the movies. But in the videogames, they called it MIXED BLOOD POWER. Basically him being half Saiyan and Half Human gives him all of their best abilities. Kinda like blade… kinda. Or like how Gohan even as a toddler had a huge uncontrollable amount of power that Piccolo helped bring out. Them mixed kids be strong as a mf.
