First Look - Vance WIP
Added 2025-04-14 10:13:50 +0000 UTCThis is a character I've wanted to do ever since I played Fallout 3 for the very first time. Vance is a... "vampire." I think it's up to the player's imagination to decide exactly how much of a vampire he really is. It's safe to say he's not burning alive in the sun or turning into a bat at will, but who knows what mutation he may have experienced in the wasteland? He can teach the player to get more health from blood packs, so there's something there.
In any case, I took a little more liberty with this character. I feel the vanilla design was very limited by the 3d assets the game had available, so I tried to bring out the vampire nature of this character. Vance is a charismatic cult leader, so I wanted him to look striking. He's applied makeup to enhance his look... or maybe this is just how he's mutated living underground for so long. The result is a vampire you'd meet underground in a Blade movie... a proper Vance.
