Barry Seals and American Made mention. Thought this info would be interesting about the movie’s history and “editorial voice.” 1. American Made was originally going by the title Mena 2. Also potentially unsurprising, is that the scene in question would have taken place inside a strip club, because Bill Clinton. However, in an attempt to keep the movie from becoming too political, the scene was removed. 3. director Doug Liman, has referred to it as “a fun lie based on a true story.”
