If you mean getting past the village guard, then that will be the last quest for this part of the game. Once you get past the guard a new chapter will begin. So I'm afraid you have to wait some more to get to that

2022-06-12 15:31:34 +0000 UTCIf you reinstalled the true Baroness you can pass the guard on ground level and the guard in the cellar. Only no no is at night but at the moment the Baroness isn't even in her room or up the ladder so it wouldn't make any difference if the guard wouldn't stop you at night. You can still ask Triss to knock him out or have sex with the guard though.
