This is great Mike! I was wondering about your fitness travel routine and here you show it. I've been doing HIIT for over a year now and it has brought me more joy and results than any gym membership. Now, when in the day you usually do that routine? First or last thing in the morning?

Gratitude is such a powerful thing and I think it's so cool that you express yours by writing down what you're grateful for every day. I also recently tried the pommodoro method while I was working on something and I really liked it a lot. It helped me to feel less stressed because I wasn't spending several hours straight on the task at hand. Really great stuff. I also need to start a good fitness routine. I'd kind of wondered how you stay fit while traveling. Thanks for sharing these tips with us, man!
