I waited to start today’s diary until I was showered. I put on this lovely robe so I can post these pictures everywhere.

No other pics… just these two, today.

The Miss International AI contest continues. After yesterday’s contribution to the event, I don’t think I’ll be getting the crown! But… I had a speech. And I had a quote, so that’s important, right?

Now, to be totally duplicitous, I’m trying to look my best. I’m here, doing my makeup and shaving my legs. I guess I live in that tension that so many people live in.

We want to look as nice as we can because we want society to accept us. Yet, we know that looks are just on the surface.

I guess everyone knows that… maybe some people don’t. Caught up only in looking good and never producing anything from within themselves…

June has been a crazy time for me and all this digital content. I know, in the long run, I’ll have to slow down. But… I’m having a blast.

So, today… Sasha comes in this morning and I’ll pick her up at the airport. There’s a pageant event, as well. I think… I’m struggling to keep up!

Besides that, we’ll just see what happens, okay?

Picking Up Sasha

I spend a lot of time in airports going from place to place, but it is usually not as much fun as today when I went to pick up Sasha. 

We became friends, you would say, working in Wisconsin on the Humanitarian Housing project. I have to admit that I was surprised when she called and asked to join me in… whatever it is I do. I was also delighted.

It will be nice to have some company and someone to help out with organizing things. It seemed like she had the idea she’d be my assistant. I’ve never had an assistant before, so I guess I’ll learn how to work with one!

Out For Dinner

After picking up Sasha from the airport, I took her to my hotel room.

So, my plans have changed. My part in the Miss International AI contest has ended, so I’m not staying any longer in New York. Therefore, Sasha and I will share the room for the night.

That to say, we took turns getting ready, then came here for a fabulous dinner! I had time to put up some more stories on Patreon. I’ve recently updated the “Secrets Of The World” series with a new episode. And I added a mini-episode to Hayes and Roman’s story. Those two… it’s complicated.

I also had time to spin out a mini-episode in the “Health For Humanity” storyline. In that one, readers get a little closer look at Min as the team moves from Tibet to India.

And… I talked to James King  about all that’s happening down in Miami. He, Gioni, Claire, and Tia have a big task ahead if they are going to pull off the benefit music festival by the time they want to.

Anyway… Sasha and I got cleaned up and dressed up, and came to this amazing restaurant! Look at this place!

You can’t see from this angle, but we are looking out the panoramic windows at an amazing view of the city. Dinner was amazing, too.

Basically, everything was amazing!

Whenever we get back to the hotel, I’ll have a lot of packing to do. We fly out in the morning.

So, I’ll say goodnight from here. I hope you don’t get tired of seeing Sasha… I think we’ll have some pretty interesting adventures… some together, some separately!
