I'd start at the beginning & keep it simple stupid: 1. What are the time-frames for each of Earth's "advanced" civilizations (including ours), who's day-to-day, technological capabilities and design/fabrication, practices are overall, similar to those of the present or have otherwise greatly surpassed current levels; as evidenced by the Ellora Caves, The Great Pyramid of Giza, etc., i.e., utilizing repetative, common practices that are today, well-beyond our current capacity?
