Development Update

Hey, lovelies!

I am back with a development report to discuss My Demon Friend and the wild ride I've been on these past couple months, but first the Twine version of My Demon Friend, and v0.19 are close to completion, you can expect a whole range of improvements, content and cool things like achievements, and the back button which has been added.

What has taken so long?

I know, it's been a while since the last update, but these past couple of months I've been trying to hire an artist to make My Demon Friend more than what it is now. It worked for a time, up to this point I've hired up to two artists, but they complete two characters and flake, and it's honestly been exhausting.

So, what's next?

For now, I've stopped looking for an artist, it's exhausting planning everything, and then the artists ditch the project after two comissions, but above you can see some concept art, some characters that will sadly be unused now, but who knows? I may find a committed artist who is actually dedicated to a project like this in the future, but now my focus is solely on bug testing, and finishing v0.19.

Thank you for supporting me this month, and I hope to release a beta update for v0.19 soon and hopefully we can squash some bugs before releasing it publicly.
