Here's a picture featuring Gorou from Genshin Impact. The idea was suggested by Alex.

"Gorou has outgrown Arataki Itto, Gorou is embarrassed and blushing while Itto is excited and hyping Gorou up."

Gorou really wanted to get stronger, and Itto noticed his determination. And so, he started to make Gorou follow Itto's very strict training...Additional hours of training, more focused on lifting heavy things. MUCH more food than Gorou ever ate in his life, but it was worth the gains...

Gorou, after weeks of training, became as big as Itto! And the oni liked the lil doggie's growth quite a bit...So he decided to give him a reward!

Itto took the bigger Gorou to a hidden cave in Inazuma, one that he used as his personal, secret lair...and invited Gorou do naughty things together. Gorou became red as a tomato, becoming all flustered from the sudden invitation, but not like he didn't like the idea...

But suddenly, as if those feelings triggered something, it made his whole body go through a massive growth spurt! Gorou growing several times the size of Itto! Having to fall on his knees since his head bumped into the ceiling of the cave, his bulge pushing Itto right under it. Gorou became even more embarrassed now...but Itto tried his best to encourage Gorou that this is a welcome surprise, and he's doing much better than he expected!
