:D I'm so glad you watched this movie. It is my favourite movie, I've probably seen it over 30 times but it's always nice to watch it with someone. Cary Elwes is amazing and plays the perfect Robin Hood. Amy Yasbeck as maid marian is amazing as well, she does such an amazing job of being ham and over the top princess. The musical numbers are top notch.
You should definitely check out Dracula: Dead and Loving it. Leslie Neilson as Dracula and Amy Yasbeck once again as a beautiful damsel. I think you'd really enjoy it.

I highly recommend The Three Musketeers (1993). Stars Kiefer Sutherland, Charlie Sheen, Oliver Platt, Chris O’Donnell, and Tim Curry. Also, If you watch Three Musketeers watch The Man in the Iron Mask (1998). The novel of The Man in the Iron Mask is a sequel to the novel of The Three Musketeers. Also Stars Leonardo DiCaprio, Jeremy Irons, John Malcovich, and Gabriel Byrne.

I'm glad you reacted to this one. I remember watching this as a kid and liking it a lot and then reading the book right after. I couldn't take any Robin Hood movie serious after watching this lol My favorite Mel Brooks film is always gonna be Spaceballs. Life Stinks(1991) is also a good Mel Brooks film

The best Robin Hood is the 1938 one directed by Michael Curtiz (who did Casablanca), close second is the Disney one with the fox.
I mostly like Men in Tights for the nostalgia. If you want more Mel Brooks then it has to be Young Frankenstein or The Producers. Both versions of the Producers are good but I’d recommend the musical remake from 2005.
