It must be really time consuming to make stop motion movies like this. It payed off though, this movie is really good. The cat was voiced by Keith David. He really is in almost everything. The book was written by Neil Gaiman, who also wrote American Gods, The Sandman, and Stardust, all of which have been turned into shows and movies. He does a lot of fantasy/horror books.
