Behind the scenes, Theodore's spent many a night with his mother—though nevertheless as the bottom—but it was finally time for Dad to enter the ring, so to speak. His mother, Kira, will join in the next part to ensure her son gets off as well as he can during his first romp with his old man.
Theodore is an adult in this setting, as well as all future settings including him; "kid" and "kiddo" is just a play around the father-son terminology Terry refuses to give up despite his son being a fully-grown man. He just loves being a dad way too much. I wonder why...
