Also, let's not believe she's the same person as when all of this started. She's become criminal in her mindset as well. Otherwise, she'd just accept that she needs to fess up, pay her dues, and do the right thing. She's not that person anymore. She sees a criminal way to avoid it and she takes it.

Much less the whole world. And if he dies then they will never have anything on her either. Going against Walt would be the nuclear option in her mind. Going against Walt hasn’t gone well for anyone so far.
