Snuggles are the best! ide say don't fight me and let me love you! (ide say it in a gentle, playful voice/way) I tend to go both worry and extra loving mode at once when someone I care about is sick. I also understand the not wanting to get your love one sick as well thing and though it pains me not to give physical comfort, I always respect when told not too.
